Every living capsule is built in the factory of our partner ROVELLC with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and the highest precision, and is delivered turnkey and ready to move in.

The high-quality high-R thermal insulation ensures an energy-efficient and pleasant indoor climate at outside temperatures from −30 °C to +50 °C. Thanks to innovative construction, first-class insulation and carefully selected materials, the modules offer the highest living comfort all year round, in winter and summer alike.
