With normal operation and regular maintenance, the primary structure is designed for around 30β50 years. The actual lifespan depends on equipment and climate.

Standard projects usually take 8β12 weeks β including production, logistics, on-site assembly and commissioning.

What are the foundation requirements?
Concrete foundation, steel substructure, pile foundation or a light platform are possible. The final choice depends on soil surveys, load requirements and local regulations.

Are plumbing and electrical systems included?
Yes. Depending on model and package, water supply and drainage, electrics, lighting, air conditioning, fresh-air and bathroom systems are already pre-installed.
Customisation
Can floor plan and interior be adapted?
Yes. Common options are floor coverings, wall surfaces, built-in furniture, bathroom, kitchen, appliances, textiles and the functional room layout.

Can the units cope with extreme environments?
Yes. We offer environment-specific upgrades such as corrosion protection, insulation packages, wind-resistant construction and reinforced door-window systems.
Warranty & Service
How are warranty and service arranged?
The warranty depends on the respective components and covers the structure, the building technology and the interior. The exact warranty conditions and periods are bindingly defined in the purchase contract and the chosen equipment configuration.
Technical product support is provided by ImmoLounge GmbH. Service, maintenance and warranty work is carried out by our authorised Austrian partner companies and our project group on site. This ensures fast, professional and reliable support directly in Austria.

Can modules be relocated or extended later?
Yes. The modular construction supports relocation, capacity expansion and step-by-step extension β depending on transport conditions and the situation on site.
