Our completed capsule is on its way to Austria. In this project diary we document the individual stages of its journey — from leaving the factory to its arrival in Vienna.

Journey timeline
On 18 September, our completed capsule left the factory and set off for the Port of Shanghai.
For road transport, it was fully wrapped, fitted with edge protectors and a securing net, and loaded onto a semi-trailer. The pictures document the loading in the factory hall and the start of the journey.

In Shanghai, the capsule was successfully transshipped and prepared for the next leg of transport. During the transshipment, the packaging was checked once again and the entire capsule was also carefully wrapped in an additional layer of protective film.
The photos show the capsule fully wrapped and secured for transport on the loading area in the port. The additional wrapping protects the surface from external influences during further handling and in transit.
This completes the work in Shanghai: the capsule is ready for onward transport to Vienna — the next stage of its journey begins.
